You can track the change in the submitted request for the withdrawal of money in the “Cashier”, “Withdrawal” section. You can learn about the fulfillment of applications by visiting the “Cashier”, “Operation History” section.
If the request is rejected, it will not be visible in the “Withdraw funds” section, and a notification will be sent to your email address indicating the reason for the refusal. When the cause is fixed, you will be available to re-submit the request.
