To change the mail address and phone number (only if you have not confirmed them) you need to go to the “Personal data” section.
If they are already confirmed, then changing this data is no longer possible. If your phone number has changed, then to communicate a valid number you need to contact client support using any available communication channel.
You can only register a new account and other email if the current account is blocked.
