I use Axi Trader as my FX broker and I’m very satisfied.
On several occasions my charts just disappeared. I would get an error message and when I clicked on OK they would then disappear. Whenever I called with a problem or used the chat box, the “customer service” person would just tell me to reload the platform – meaning I would lose all my chart information. They also told my friend to do the same, however I Googled her problem and solved it myself as I had to do with any of my problems. They do not reply to emails, poorest service I have never received. I moved to another broker and have had no chart disappear and excellent customer service.
I have used a lot of brokers through ten years of my forex journey and by far, AxiTrade has been a fairly decent broker with no problems with deposits & withdrawals and their trading platform is more stable than most of the other brokers that I have used.
I have been using AxiTrader on-and-off for a number of years now and they will continue to be one of my prime & trusted brokers for the foreseeable future.
